possess the permit .I hope from you their notification of opening the forum

Your forum was shut down by your host because vBulletin said you were unlicensed, yes? Well if you are unlicensed, tough. If you are fully paid-up and licensed then make sure your forum's URL is up to date in the your control panel and/or try speaking to support about it.
