guys, we all know that putting a "he" in a document while referring to a person is not right, so is "he/she" actually, because there are "other" people that do not fit in to these, still.
Here is the solution:
(s)(h)i(t)
it is a "she", "he", and "it"

there are people that are not a he nor a she, so they would be classified as "it"
in official documents, when refering to a person, usually 'he/she' or "(s)he" is used.
this is just a joke, saying that it should be (s)(h)i(t) because it includes 'shi'[she], 'hi'[he], and 'it'.
