HTML in Send Mail..

I would love to see HTML to be used as a form of Newletter sent out to users....since users can already opt in or out...by e-mail settings...that would be a great added feature...

That's been suggested before and might be added in a future version. In the meantime, there is a code available at vBulletin.org that will allow you to do this.
