Anyone familiar with Galaxyvisions, Inc?

I've been offered a P4 2.4Ghz CPU, with 1Gig Ram and a 80 Gig Ide Drive with a company called Galaxyvisions, Inc? Anyone know of them? Does this sound like enough to get a forum with 150-200 active users at any given time in good shape? Thanks.

Those stats will do just fine, but I don't know that company. If this is a managed or dedicated solution you can pull it without lag. If this is a shared solution I have my doubts how smooth it will actually run.

I tried looking at WebHostingTalk for you, although the only threads that came up were ones where the company was looking to buy-out other businesses offering their clients up for sale.
