Our host has strongly advised that we upgrade our servers to 4.4.1 to avoid a PHP/vBulletin Vulnerability. Is vB OK with this version?

Yes, there should be no problems upgrading your php to that version.

Can it happen that the Vb 3.5 overwrite variable $Globals with Userinput from File upload ?

What say Jelsoft to this ?
