Ok, well liek I own my copy of VB, so like, Can I use it in sub domains...? Like as long as it stays within my domain? Can I use it as liek /forums and again as like /forums2 or something like that? Like seeing its within my domain, can I use it as long as I dont use it on another domain and as long as I dont give it to people? Just as long as it stay in my domain is there a limit on how many times I can install it? since I own my liscence and its registered to my domain?

vBulletin licence grants you the right to run one instance (a single installation) of the Software on one web server and one web site for each licence purchased. Each licence may power one instance of the Software on one domain. For each installed instance of the Software, a separate licence is required. Modifications to the software or database to circumvent the one-license-one-board rule are prohibited.

If you run more then one instance of the vbulletin, wheather it's on the same domain name via sub-domains or not, it's going against the vbulletin license agreement. You'd have to buy multiple licenses. You are entitled to one closed dev board for testing/development purposes. :)
