My error in the variables with ikon

What happened?

Well I clicked Import, then it gave a list of tables, I could not find an area to direct the import toward my database back-up file. So I clicked on start thinking it would show the upload box. WHam, I get these, and a message saying that vBulletin staff would e-mail regarding the problem. I click refresh, same thing. :(

Ok, so I got the system back to the main import page, and I am started over back to the defaul import screen. I still see no place to upload this backup.sql file. :confused:

Can anyone tell me? Am I forced to have access to the former SQL db that this data is on?? Why is there no option to upload the file? Is the file already supposed to be in my server? If so, why is that not in the manual?
