Import / Export not showing

Uploaded all files but when I go to Maintenance > Import / Export does not show up, I uploaded all files again and it still will not show up any suggestions?

I have this same problem and perhaps its changed for 3.5 but the docs don't reflect it. Do you have IMPORT in the AdminCP. On mine its at the top of the left hand nav.

Though you have a admicp group called Import ?

My Import is in its own nav group at the top of the left column as well

Mine too, at the top of the admin CP there is an import option but nothing in Maintenance area, and certainly not Maintenance>>Import/Export as the manual describes.

That is correct and how the manual describes.

Sorry, I was critical of the wrong manual, didn't realize till now the two manuals were seperate.

I am having this problem also, but my answer is not as simple as Import has it's own category.. :(

So therefor I don't have Import and Export ANYWHERE on the left navigation or in any subnavigation. I have also checked in the options and could no locate.

Any ideas what is wrong? Please, I am getting desperate.

Edit: If I try single page (http://mysite.net/forum/impex/index.php) I get this error.
