When i do the upgrade to the counters i dont' see anymore in the home page the registered users.... why? Posts and threads are right. I must reload the upgrade of statistic?

Ahhh the Utenti count.

Is the usergroup set to : "Viewable on the Memberlist" for that groups permissions ?

Do you have 'active members on forumhome' turned on, and if so, to what number?

Is the value in the what's going on box (part of FORUMHOME template) the same as the default template?

The template is thesame of the original....

I think this is something more fundamental to vBulletin than the install, your running no hacks and haven't changed the template ?

yes... i have some hacks (but not for user count) but i installed its AFTER this problem...
The problem was born after upgrade of counters, before this i have the right number of member displayed in forum home page...

The templates is the original.... Please help me...

To troubleshoot this, the first thing you need to do is remove any hacks or plugins, then see if you still have this problem.

If so, reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server.

Next, create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Finally empty your browser cache, close all browser windows then try again. Make sure you change to the new style and view your forums with it. Do you have the same problem?
