Problem with import : UBB.classic > vB 3.5

I've got ubb.classic 6.5

When i Import it into VBB 3.5 gold with impex :
Step 1 to 4 are OK.
On Step 5 (import forums), i've got this error :

This is ImpEx having trouble finding the category file. categories.file, vars_cats.file, vars_cats.cgi are the one's I know about, one of them should be in your ubb cgi path some where ?
