Heres the issue.
I have a site at http://www.wdforums.com/forums/index.php and a cobrand board at http://www.wdforums/forums/index.php?styleid=4
I have user selectable styles set up in peoples profiles and when someone selects the cobrand in their profile, they do not always get that style when they log in. Sometimes but not all the time :(
I am running Candidate 2
Basically it looks like the style set in the profile is not overiding the style used in the session when I log in sometimes.
