Quick Reply and a blank screen.

I tried clearing cache but it didn't help. Sometimes if I click on Quick reply it posts but it ends up on a white blank screen. and the status on the bottom says stopped buy it seems like its trying to load something.

I have had this problem only with quick reply.

It might just be firefox 1.5 beta because I didn't have a problem like that with IE

I'd just like to confirm that I have got exactly the same thing happening. With google adsense on the page it somehow stops the ajax working with quick reply and I end up with a blank screen after posting.

BTW, it's not just the beta of firefox, I get the same problem with 1.0.7 as well.

OK, I've just made a completely brand new install of 3.5, added the code for the adsense and quick reply does not work in firefox. This is a brand new install, brand new templates, and just this code added for adsense in the postbit template:

I am pming you the URL and a login name, there are two styles available - default style is untouched and child of default has just this one postbit template modification.

Do you have a conditional that places the Adsense code after a particular post?

I have the same problem. After post in quick reply, it shows blank screen in firefox, but works fine in IE.

I'm also having the same problem, a number of my users have complained about it and removing adsense isn't an option right now. I'm going to upgrade, revert all templates and insist all users with the problem clear their cookies/cache, hopefully that will work. In the meantime, if anyone has any bright ideas?

No idea here. I just upgraded from 3.5.3 to 3.5.4 and now I am experiencing the same issue with a blank page after using quick reply. I also have google adsense in my templates. Everything was working great before the upgrade. Since the upgrade, this issue started up.

Removing adsense is not an option for me either.

I am hoping to narrow this down to something specific because right now, I have no idea what exactly is the conflict.

same problem with FF and adsense here . We have no problem with IE though
