1: Easy is relative :) After getting used to the template and style system, yes I'd say it's relatively easy to theme.

2: There is a Greek language Pack available for version 3.0.6 here: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=129889
While it's not completely up to date, it will work.

3: Jelsoft staff generally don't do custom modifications, but you can ask at the official modification forum, www.vbulletin.org

1. The style system is one of hte most powerful out there and basic changes like for hte color can be done via the admin panel without much effort.

2. The 3.0.6 language pack should be fine, I dont think there were that many new phrases added since then.

3. Deffinitely check out the vb.org forum, there are tons of mods there.
