how do I change this border?

I was unable to figure out how to change that tables border color. Does anyone know where to find that? This is just a recolored version of the default 3.5.0 RC3 style. is it the same as the forum area below it? I was wondering if it could be changed without changing the other

Edit your navbar template.

Add the red code as specified:

<table class="tborder" style="border: 1px solid red;" cellpadding="$stylevar[cellpadding]" cellspacing="$stylevar[cellspacing]" border="0" width="100%" align="center">

You can exchange the color red for any hex value you like, like #FFFFFF.
