Anyone interested in making icons for my new board?

hello all!

X-TREME noobie here. The icons I have that came with the skin I bought look like CRAP! The site is a maroonish color. The icons dont seem to match it very well, they have awhite background that shows around the edges. Does anyone have the ability to make some for me?

Any help would be GREAT!
