custom additional icon setting

i would like to have an additional custom avatar setting, so that two avatars could be displayed in a poster's bio section - for example the avatar they choose (picture of themselves, whatever), and a custom avatart only an administrator could assign - for example at our website, we are considering have 'support partners' - people who pay a certain amount of money per month, like $5 or $10 or $15 - I would liek to have a custom 'reward' icon I could assign to them, as a way to show their contribution level towards help at supporting the site.
I know I could change their title, and force a custom title, but they like to put their own titles in already - and a special avatar would probably be more appealing..
