I need to impor a DB from a VB 3 to a VB3, same version.
what happened is our HD on the dedicated server crashed; however, we backed up the DB via SSH to one single .sql file
we have reinstalled VB, but do not know what to do now and how to import the DB back in. We did install impex but are not understanding the use of it as our DB is about 300mb.
please help us
thanks

Why don't you just restore the dabase and point the config.php file to it?
The only reliable method of restoring a database is with shell access via telnet or ssh. Please see the instructions here:

You have set up that account with a disk quota which you've exceeded. Remove the quota.
