may i know how do I make my forum style like

instead of it being like horizontal all the way i would like my avatar and
details all on the left.

This is an option in the Admin CP:

Admin CP -> vBulletion Options -> Style & Language Settings -> Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template -> Yes
