Change in daylight savings time

Regarding what I have seen here:

Can we get the change for this pre-programmed into 3.5 or do you think it best to have it as a patch later?

This will probably depend on the server and not vBulletin... I'm not sure though.

That article is something that will only take effect in 2007, so I don't think it's a priority.

Also, depending on how the time zone part is coded, this might not even be a problem for vBulletin and would solely be a PHP issue.

Ok. Thought I would ask since it was an option in the AdminCP for the admin to select.
