with 200 - 300 users you'd need at least 1024mb of ram i think

I think your request is called *dreaming*
128 Mb of RAM is not enough to handle that many concurrent users. I would think that you would want at least a gig, and you would be better off with a dual processor machine.
As for the price, forget it. If you get it that cheap they're only gonna give you abou 1mb/month transfer;)

I'd still get at least 256 Mb, if not 512.
check out www.VenturesOnline.com
they're about as cheap as you're going to get for good hosting. They are having some probs right now with their NOC, but that should be fixed in a few days...

btw, what can i get if i choose Virtual Hosting ->Venture 3 plan??

I thought he was looking for a dedi server. you can run a vBulleting with that many concurrent members on a lot of hosting companies, but if you get much larger you're going to have to move to dedicated.
It doesn't matter which software you chose, once you get medium sized hosting companies will boot you.
You can get a cheaper server there and add RAM.
