Invision Board 1.1 rc2

I am having some very serious issues importing my 1.1 rc2 Invision board into VB 3.07. It is absolutely crucial I get this imported. Right now I am using the impex script with no luck. When I try " Check and update database" I get the error that says "Please set 'sourceexists = true' in ImpExConfig.php", which it already is. All other imports give me an error looking like "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /impex/systems/ipb/003.php on line 106". Upgrading invisionboard to 1.2 or anything is not an option given my current situation.

What do I do now and what is the solution to make this work? Thanks for your help in advance.

Be sure to include the login info to your Admin CP, phpMyAdmin and FTP. Please also include a complete description of the problem as well as all the relevant IPB database info.

I'm guessing that 1.1 is going to be too much of a difference from 1.3 for the 1.3 importer, its going to need modifying to work.
