any idea how good is their service and support?

their plan goes with unlimited diskspace and give 6 gb transfers for 10/mth.

I dunno bout you, but I've learned from other developers never to trust anyone who claims to give unlimited webspace or bandwidth... go figure :D

btw, did a traceroute check, doesn't look good for me, more than 20 (22 to be exact) hops from my PC here in Malaysia. I mean for around the same price you can get an account with Ventures Online and their network is far more accessible... even though they were going thru some tough times due to some network problem with Alter.net and VDI... :)
