Multiple Template sets?

Another thing I believe people would LOVE to be able to do is offer different displays based on templates. In my field of support, there are essentially two or three crowds, each of whom have a very strong preference for a particular BB style (some HATE UBB).

What I'm wondering, since you've done such a wonderful job at designing a template system from bottom to top, is if there's any way you could allow the user to define their "preferred view" (UBB/vB style, Phorum style, etc) in the user setup?

Perhaps two flags? One to allow the user to set it in their profile, the other set up by the administrator which defines the name, and directory to the seperate template sets?

That feature is planned for the next MAJOR release, some time this summer.

This is a wonderful idea, and I would love to see something of that nature. Select it in the preferences to look like a, b, or c.

Give them a few choices to select from would be great. Some of my users like light colors, where my forums are dark, and that would fix that problem.

Sort of like fusetalk in a way, they have preferences that allow them to select certain colors and such for areas of the templates.

I can't wait! Before I keep asking truly stupid questions, is your "to do list" posted anywhere? Perhaps it's too much to ask, but it would help "pre answer" some of the same questions...

No - my to do list is in a language vaguely resembling English, that only I can understand. Also, it is too big to fit on our servers ;)

Usually doing a quick search for previous posts is helpful for finding if a question has been asked too.
