What changes need to be made....

I submitted a ticket to my host about this but in case they are unable to track it down I need to ask.

In the CP (2.0 RC1) under Avatars it states that:

"Using this feature requires your web server and PHP to have permission to write files to disk. If they do not have the neccessary permissions, it will fail."

And of course it is failing. I am running PHP4 on Apache running MySQL 3.23.22. What needs to be changed if the rest of the board is working great.

If it makes a difference the "custom avatar" that allows individuals to upload one works fine. Just not the CP that allows the users to choose from them. As an FYI I posted this under vB 2.0 Q & S as well.

Ok heres the deal. If I use "Upload" under Avatar in CP it uploads the file but does not display it.

If I hit "remove" on it it removes it from this list.

If I then go into "Add" under Avatar in the CP it is there and I can add it to the list and it shows properly.

This is starting to look like a bug.
