ok...but my dad doesn't alow me to buy anything for the internet..what should i do? and if there is nothing to do...where can i find a frre forum to add for my website?

If the problem is the price, you can look at free alternatives like phpbb.

If the problem is that he doesn't want to use a credit card over the internet, you can also pay through offline methods, including wire transfer and check.
