upgrading from LIte to latest version

I have installed lite, but have not gone live yet with the board - I am going to upgrade to the paid version - will it be easy to just re-install overtop of lite? Anything I need to be aware of?

I remember someone said before you cannot convert your lite version posts to the full version structure. The lite version should be seen as a testing script and shouldn't be used for real usage. :)
