I'm not sure if anyone here is a fan of a rather pointless book, but has anybody read the book "Things Fall Apart" by Chinua Acehbe?
I have a summer assignment paper to write that's due in a couple weeks and I have questions I need to answer in the paper, but even after reading the book I don't know the answers to some.

Questions I must answer (bold indicates I don't know the answer):
What historical period is covered in the book? - I don't know the name, and as far as I can see, it's not in the book.
What historical movement is recounted? - I'm pretty sure it's the conversion of African tribes to Christianity by the English.
Describe the social life pictured in the novel.
What does the story reveal about relationships of blacks and whites in Africa?
What conflict is Okonkwo unable to resolve, leading to his demise? - I believe it's his anger?
Why does Achebe paint a devasting picture of Okonkwo thus reenforcing the stereotypes of westerners?
