is it possobale to give members the option of paying to at login to upgread there account?
if it is, i dont spend money over the internet, so if so, could i borrow a board and get paying members to pay off the debt? If this workes you will make extra money because i will alwas give them the option and you will get 100% of the money.

You can set up your forums to allow limited access after people register and then they can use one of your Paid Subscriptions to upgrade their account and gain greater access.

Not a chance. If you want a board of your own you are better off doing chores and save up for a licence.

Working of course or doing chores, about the only way will earn you enough money for the purchase. It is not possible to borrow a software, you will have to purchase it at full price.

I'm pretty sure the users/customers can give answers just as good as the staff. Also what was the question that you were asking the staff?

i dont use money over the internet so could i borrow a board for maby 4 mounths and let my members bey a better account like one that is a mod or can post on locked topices and use that money to pay off the fee. And after i pay off the fee, if people still want better accounts but dont want to earn them, they will buy them, and you may make $50 more dollors off my board than the price. so if the board costs $12 you may make $62.

The payment options have been explained. You can use credit card, PayPal, check or wire transfer. And you would need to pay for the complete license. There is no payment plan option.

Look it is going to ever happen, jelsoft don't offer payment plans and never will, it doesn't matter how much you insist it isn't going to happen, do what I and others have suggested save up enough to get a licence, if your parents don't like you spending money on the internet, tough, play by their rules.
No one is going to lend you a board so please quit whilst you are ahead.
Sorry if this sounds harsh, but you need to learn lessons in life and one of them is that you are not always going to get what you want.
