Since this is a Beta version and not a stable release, please do not request support via the ticket system for 3.5 Beta versions. As in the past all suppport for pre-release versions will be on the forums.
As per the announcement:
While we are confident in the sturdiness of this release, this is not a 'stable' release, so the following caveats apply:
Beta software is unsupported. You should install beta versions at your own risk.
Known issues exist within this version. You should not install beta software on production sites.
We always try our best to be fast and efficient in the support system and part of this is to provide official support to stable versions only. If you have issues installing or upgrading to 3.5.0 Beta or any other problems with this version, please use the vBulletin 3.5.0 Support Forums for help.
