1. assign all admin control pannel controls to difefrent people, eg. let some people do certain controls but not view all users in control panel. etc.

2. Its good to ban people by IP address, but I want to see who is banned, and be able to un ban them.

4. Cool which template do I edit for teh site off line and which template to change the layout of the user profile when you view one?:)
