Stupid Question about member area downloads

I want to win stupid question of the day award, so here goes...

If I were to download vb 3.0.6 from the members area, would it have the same vulnerability as the original release or would it have the fixes that were implemented less the other updates from 3.0.7?

Older versions are not patched, they are the versions as downloadable at that time.
