Style Reset & User Name Edit

Two questions -

1. For 1.1.6, what are the "presets" for the style options? I've played around with mine so often, I lost track of the original settings - - plus, I've got my index looking real bad now.

2. If one wants to edit a USER name - can this be done? For example, if my usere name is joesmith, and I want to change it to JoeSmith - is this possible?
