If you go to http://www.vbulletin.com/license/ you'll be redirected to an infinitely concatenated URL that adds /order/ to the URL on every automatic refresh.

What should that url do? Are you sure that you are not trying an old url?

Did you try going to that location? Whatever the desired behaviour for that link is, I'm pretty sure that isn't it. The URL should redirect you to here: http://www.vbulletin.com/order/license_agreement.php

It's probably a bug in a header("Location:"); call or something like that.

I clicked the link and had the same problem... you end up getting redirected infinitely to an ever increasing url. When I stopped it, it was this long:
