Generally staff is good at keeping tech questions out of pre-sales.
I am seeing more & more getting through. As a license holder, I am not too happy to see so many.

Please consider closing more of these as you did in the past.

There is a fine line between presales questions and tech support questions.

If we truely feel that a question in the forums is directly for tech support we will deal with it promptly.
