I need a software that can

Create html pages for images on a directory on my hard drive.

The thing is that I have over 1000 images I want to upload to a new site of mine, but I dont want to use any gallery software. What I need is some software that can create all the html pages for the 1000+ images using a template I'd code, and if possible create an index page with links to all the 1000+ images :) On each individual page, the next/back/etc buttons would be optional.

Do you know of any software that would do this? :D

I know that Phosotshop has a feature that will do that, not sure how it would cope with 1000+ images tho
