Hi,
I have an inbox that get's full every 3 days. I tried downloading them all using all XML | CSV | Text options, but how can I read them?

I've written a quick and dirty offline reader for our own forums - it works for up to a couple of hundred messages but needs updating a little.
You can give it a go though - its totally free :)

It will take any of the messages in .xml format and parse it into an almost readable format which will automatically open up in your current browser.
