This would be a good question for everyone; ATI or nVidia?
For me, it would have to be ATI. I've been a Radeon fan since the Radeon PCI 7000 in my old Compaq from 1998 lol.

Both.
Same goes for Intel vs AMD.
It depends on what you are using the PC for...

Intel P4 560
1024mb DDR
500gb HDD
16x DVD
8x DVDR
ATI Radeon X600XT 256mb PCI
And tv stuff that I never use
And 1 slightly lower spec one for the brats
Nothing exciting really, and one of the top ones won't play any games without crashing two minutes in - thinking it's a heat problem as I've replaced the graphics card with a new one. BAH!

Anyone want to help me build an fast (yet not super fast) computer under $800. Refurbished products are okay. Credit will be given afterwards, cause I'll put you in my signature and sticker it on my new PC case. I just need a little help finding prices to work with.

I don't like NewEgg all that much. Simply because sometimes I can actually beat their pricing simply by going to Amazon.com or buying locally.
Sometimes you can't beat them, and that's when you should buy :)
