I see we're running this here and it's available for download but there is nothing in the changelog. any significant changes?

Beta 3 is still work in progress. Just bug fixes though.

I've been waiting for this because Moonwolf in the Code hacking forum will not release the Avatar 1.0 hack until this version is stable.
