AE - Arabic vBulletin-language.xml 3.0.7!

Hello,

This is my vbulletin-language.xml for version 3.0.7!

50% of Admin control panel I didn't translate because you will need it for hacks and some thing else.

Notice:
If any one wont to add Arabic additional language to his forum, So you can use this file without any change.
But If you wont to make fresh install Or upgrade with Arabic language, Then you need to change first 2 strings:
Find:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="ISO-8859-1"?>

<language name="Arabic" vbversion="3.0.7" type="custom">
Replace with:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="windows-1256"?>

<language name="MASTER LANGUAGE" vbversion="3.0.7" type="master">
And save it.
