Help in Backup - NT

i would like to upgrade to 2.0 but ..I would like to back up my data first.

Can someone tell me how to do it on a windown NT system.

Is it a s simple as copying the folders and plasting them somewhere esle?

Yes but obviously don't store backups on the same machine

Hmmm..

In this situation.. the same machine is fine
because...its just for the 2.0 upgrade..
I am sure my server wont crash just by doing that.

But I get your drift :-)
