Purging users/forums/groups etc before running Impex again?

I wish to run Impex pulling the data in from a PhpBB2 forum into vBulletain. This is a re-run. Before doing this I wish to purge on the vBulletin forum the following Without losing all the vBulletin admin settings that I've done

All user groups
All users bar myself as admin
All Forums, Sub Forums
All Threads and All posts

How do I do this most effectively?

However if there is a way of doing this whilst preserving tha Admin's posts however it would be handy because I could set up welcome messages etc in advance.

In order to save the posts by the admin I suggest to move them to a seperate forum first.

Then just prune all the categories, then each usergroup.
Of course, skip the admin usergroup and the admin forum.

That way only you are left over with your posts.
