It was the last IP address banned, not sure why. Most likely spamming.

This PC was being used by an abusive user who was posting spam and abusive posts on our forums and was a known software pirate. It's too bad that we had to do this, but that was the only option we had left to finally stop this person.

I also suspect you know exactly who that person is. And with all due respect I seriously doubt 'hundreds' of people rely on the public PC to access the vbulletin.com forums. :)
