Yes can you generate a full backup from your control panel? - what control panel are you using. (if your site is not to big)
If you can't generate one, you can get a backup from your host, if you ask nicely

Note: The only reliable method of backing up and restoring a database is with shell access via telnet or ssh. This is because backing up with a PHP script like that in the Admin CP or phpMyAdmin can result in PHP timeouts errors and an incomplete backup file.
Nonetheless you can give it a try with phpMyAdmin:
