I am on powweb.com right now and if any of you are on powweb you should know all the crap they have put us through.
I am looking for a host with some of these qualifications:
1) Fairly Cheap
2) at least 2 Gig storage
3) at least 50 Gig / month bandwidth
4) RELIABLE
5) U.S.A. Based
6) Fast
I've seen www.doteasy.com (http://www.doteasy.com) and they seem decent...
My board has maybe 30 active users at 1 time (average) so I don't need nothing too spectacular.. Ideas?

Try www.asmallorange.com. I hosted with them last year (had to drop it for reasons unrelated to their service), and they have excellent hosting, and excellent support; their forums are a great resource for user-to-user support.
If you do purchase an account with them, give the credit to Shining Arcanine from these forums. Since I'm not with them anymore it would do no good to mention me. :)

What's "fairly cheap" to you?
If it's $14/mon for 2Gb of webspace and 50GB of bandwidth don't expect miracles, as any host offering webspace/bandwidth that cheap is cutting something (can't sell more than they can offer without going broke -- server rent, bandwidth, front-end clients, billing/tickets/helpdesk software rent, system administration all cost). If it's offered by good webhost providers at that price, usually bandwidth is limited, or those with SCSI drives, smaller diskspace.
The hosts that I can claim who do offer speedy servers with good customer service are: asmallorange.com and fluidhosting.com. Each is geared for different clients.
Asmallorange (RHE/Cpanel) is good for more bandwidth and space at a cheaper price and those seeking a central location datacenter.
Fluidhosting (FreeBSD/Hsphere) is geared to an admin who wants uptime (they're one of the few webhosts that offer and use Internap bandwidth), security and staff that knows how to fix their own equipment (in-house system administration).
None referral testimony.
