Import users from ubb 6.7.0 stops mid-import

Trying to import from a UBB 6.7.0. Seems to work fine until I get to the user import. I get this error on about 60% of the users:

Warning: mktime(): Windows does not support negative values for this function in \impex\ImpExFunction.php on line 164

It continues to import though, for a bit. For some reason, it just stops and sits. I have tried a lower number of users per cycle, but all with the same results.

Any ideas?

Does it stop and specific user each time ?

No, it doesn't seem to be user specific. Most of the time, when it fails, I click the import link again and it shows 0 users imported. ONCE, it showed 292 users imported, but it seemed not to be the first 292. The board has 2596 users currently.

What happens if you tell it to do 3000 per page, i.e. all in one go ?

Also are you importing remotely hosted avatars that can take a very long time as the warning in the import users module says, turn that off to speed things up.
