Import large vBulletin 2.35 into vBulletin 3?

There is a large vBulletin 2.3.5 forum with Informed Members: 15,873
Total Topics: 41,576 | Total Posts: 293,595


Is it possible to import this forum into mine? That is, "merge" the forums?
