Love this layout, how can I?

I love this layout! I have a few questions.

How can I get my forum to size like this? the layout, I like how he laid his out.
2nd, The links box he has, is that the Link thingy for Vbulletin that they sell? or is that a different one? If it's different, how can I do that?

Any ideas, tips, suggestions GREATLY appreciated!

it's a fixed width layout. you can change your board width by going to
admincp>styles & templates>style manager>all style options(for the style u want to change)>Sizes and Dimensions>Main Table Width

play with the number until you find what you like.
