Server or net connection slowing down ?

Hi i just purchase a vbulletin and installed it at http://animeboards.net/forums

at first it was running very fast... but now it sort of slowed down with delays...

What should i be doing and checking for to ensure that my server is running optimally with vbulletin installed ?
