Users can't login (IPB)

Hey,
I just imported my 2.03 IPB boards to vbulletin and everything seemed to work fine. I followed all the instructions and the board looks like it was imported successfully. All the members are imported as well as forums, posts, and such. However, when old members try to login it says their password is incorrect. Is there any way to fix this?

Everyone must reset their password, as IPB 2's password hash isn't compatible with vB3.

The IPB passwords do not import:

Your users will need to reset their passwords with your boards reset password link.

Hey,
Thanks for the info. However, when users reset their password through the email system they can login. When they go to the user panel to change their password it gives them an 'access denied' message. They can post and are in the registered user group. I've tried to find a setting to enable them to change their pass, but can't anywhere.

They need to request the password reset through the link I provided:
