I have around 70-80 users online all the time and 400mb of db used

Total Space: 1gb
Month Traffic: 100gb
Year cost: 590 euro.

Do u think it would be enough?

no it's a gold hosting

Sorry, I have no idea what a 'gold' hosting is. However with your number of concurrent users, you are on the cusp of needing a dedicated server.

The server specs are useless if this is in a shared hosting environment and you do not know how much resources other users on the server are using.
